Summary: The Performance Analyst role involves collaborating with a high-profile client to establish a performance measurement framework and identify reporting requirements. The analyst will also advise on the procurement, implementation, and validation of analytical tools, ensuring data accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Create a performance measurement framework for projects and identify reporting requirements.
- Advise on procurement, implementation, and validation of analytical tools.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data and analysis.
- Apply various techniques to analyze data and provide insights.
- Present findings to inform decision-making and resolve problems innovatively.
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics.
- Extensive experience with Government Digital Service (GDS).
- Ability to create performance measurement frameworks.
- Proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
- Eligibility for BPSS Clearance.
