Performance Analyst Google Analystics - Power BI

3 months contract - £240 per day

2 days per week on site in Manchester

Digital Skills require a Performance Analyst to support a Government Department with email communications.

You will be working with an Email and Microsoft Office team improving ommunications across the department and to external userd. We are looking for a data-driven iAnalyst with experience in user experience and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce performance measurement KPIs.
  • Apply data analysis to drive service improvement.
  • Work closely with user researchers to deliver actionable insights.
  • Interpret and analyse user data to guide service design and delivery decisions.
  • Support the collection, validation, preparation, and cleansing of data.

Technology required:

You will be required to have experience in:

  • Power BI,
  • Google Analytics
  • Azure Data Services
  • Google Tag Manager

The desired candidate will have experience in user research or behaviour projects. You should have excellent communication skills and excellent familiarity with data quality assurance.

This is a short term, up to 3 month role in order to cover workforce absence, however you will be working in a fast paced environment and will be expected to hit the ground running.
