Summary: The role of Peoplesoft HR/PY Reports Analyst involves extensive experience in reporting support for HR/Payroll modules in PeopleSoft HCM, particularly for Texas state government agencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reporting support for HR/Payroll modules in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2.
- Analyze PeopleSoft HCM data structures to support statewide reporting requirements.
- Prepare WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.
- Design, execute, and document structured UAT and regression testing.
- Interpret contractual language and integrate it into daily workflows.
- Support cross-module reports incorporating data from various HR-related modules.
- Engage in CAPPS Central production and expansion functional support activities.
- Ensure compliance with Texas public sector policies and procedures.
