Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical product operations for CAPPS Technology Operations.
- Support CPA application systems through extensive technical activities.
- Create and manage strategic roadmaps combining planning skills and technical insight.
- Conduct executive-level presentations and manage outsourced technical teams.
- Ensure vendor accountability to contractual requirements.
- Perform technical project management activities in support of CPA's CAPPS program.
- Oversee IT service desk functions and knowledge of ITIL framework methodologies.
- Develop technical specifications to support IT procurements.
Key Skills:
- Extensive Texas public sector experience.
- Technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, and SQL.
- Experience in IT security and control practices.
