PeopleSoft ERP FSCM Developer

Summary: The role of PeopleSoft ERP FSCM Developer requires extensive experience in PeopleSoft, particularly with the FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. Candidates must have a strong background in working with government agencies and specific programs such as the Treasury Offset Program. The position allows for a hybrid working arrangement, with four days remote and all Wednesdays onsite in Austin, Texas. A minimum of 13 years of IT experience is essential for applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Utilize PeopleTools for development tasks including PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, and SQR.
• Implement and manage Integration Broker using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Work with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle databases.
• Perform Linux OS scripting.
• Analyze business requirements and create technical design documents.
• Collaborate using Microsoft O365 applications and MS Teams.
• Engage with public sector organizations, particularly the State of Texas CPA CAPPS Financials system.
• Participate in Scrum framework activities and utilize tools like Jira and SharePoint.

• Minimum 13 years of IT/PeopleSoft experience.
• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Experience working with State/Federal/Local Government Agencies (minimum 4+ years).
• Experience with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP) (minimum 2+ years).
• Experience with the State of Texas Agency CAPPS Project (minimum 2+ years).
• Proficiency in PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR).
