Summary: The People Project Consultant role is a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on supporting a large-scale change and transformation programme within a prominent Financial Services organization. The position requires an experienced HR professional to lead high-impact, people-focused projects while collaborating with senior stakeholders. The role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive measurable value in HR transformation. The consultant will work primarily in Central London, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope, design, and lead delivery of strategic People projects aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with Strategic People Partners and HR specialists to ensure effective planning, communication, and governance.
- Analyse People data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure project success.
- Deliver engaging communications and presentations to support change initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on HR processes and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to wider HR transformation and organisational design (OD) initiatives.
- Support the transition to agile, product-led operating models.
