The Role:
Provide administrative support to the People Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Organise the company induction and administer compliance training to ensure all new starters are inducted correctly. Provide administrative support for the People operations system ensuring employee data integrity and system workflow task monitoring. Raise purchase orders through the company ERP system to enable processing of invoices.
Requirements:
Good communication and organisation skills
Strong administrative experience ideally within a people operations environment
Must be confident and have previous experience liaising with stakeholders
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to deal with change/uncertainty.
Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
Keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
