Interim opportunity with a national infrastructure group to lead the People & Culture stream of an acquisition.
Reporting to the Program Director and working closely with the project team and internal HR, you will establish and lead the People & Culture Stream and support the team through execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Identify and manage People and Culture items as part of Integration program
Support the wider Integration Program stream leads and change management functions
Lead the implementation and adoption of new policies and processes as required as part of the Integration Program
Support existing HR stakeholders and business partners in reviewing, implementing and communicating new policies and benefits as part of Integration project
Engage and champion the Integration project amongst key stakeholders
As the ideal candidate you will have experience in infrastructure/utilities or construction, proven experience in leading P&C teams through transformation or integration projects and be adept in managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
