Summary: The People & Culture Operations & Advisory Lead will spearhead the design and implementation of a global P&C Operations and Advisory model in Pangbourne. This role involves establishing scalable HR operations, managing external service providers, and ensuring effective support for employees and managers. The successful candidate will also lead a high-performing global team while driving service excellence and operational efficiency. This position is hybrid and spans a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead a global P&C Operations and Advisory operating model.
- Establish and manage HR service delivery processes for standalone client.
- Partner with outsourced providers and vendors to deliver high-quality services.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading large HR operations and advisory teams.
- Experience in shared services, outsourced delivery models or global operating models.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of HR systems, service analytics, employee relations and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
