Summary: The Interim People Change Partner in Human Resources will provide expert support to leadership teams during a significant change program, focusing on change management, employee engagement, and communication strategies. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance the colleague experience and ensure compliance with organizational processes. The position is based in Devizes and is set for a duration of 24 months. The role demands a strong background in HR management and change processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all consultation documentation for organizational processes is legally compliant.
- Support and enhance employee engagement during organizational change, implementing risk-mitigation processes.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Business Partner, internal comms team, and the business to create clear communication for organizational changes.
- Assist leaders with organizational change processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective communication with colleague representatives.
- Work with the L&D team to identify, develop, and implement learning strategies related to organizational change, while driving cultural and people-focused improvements.
Key Skills:
- Will hold CIPD Level 7 / HR Management Degree or equivalent related qualification.
- Chartered MCIPD status.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and will have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Have a background of Workplace Mediation (ACAS or equivalent) and/or Restorative Practice experience.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice.
- Knowledge of Project Management disciplines.
- Considerable experience in supporting leaders through organisational change.
- Proficient level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
