Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement while optimizing workflows.
- Work closely with teams to help train and implement a newly formed target operating model.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate the impact of changes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Facilitate workshops and training programs to equip personnel with the necessary skills for transition to new processes.
- Assess and communicate the effectiveness of change initiatives, offering insights to senior leadership.
- Act as an advisor to various departments, sharing best practices for overseeing transitions.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in People Change projects (2-3 People change initiatives).
- Must have a strong understanding of HR/People processes (HR background).
- ERP experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience training and managing individuals for specific change initiatives and ways of working.
- Previously worked on targeting operating models – helping implement and deliver to wider business.
- Must have worked in Manufacturing/FMCG businesses.
