Summary: The People and Recruitment Officer will support the employee lifecycle by managing the recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding, while ensuring HR policies and procedures are current. This role requires collaboration with the Head of People and Culture and the People and Culture Advisor, alongside providing administrative support to the HR team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of working independently and within a team, and eager to develop within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining HRIS systems
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and communicating with hiring managers
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Ensuring all function-specific collateral, tools, policies, and procedures are up to date, accurate, and easily accessible
  • Supporting Learning and Development activities across the business
  • Providing administration support to the Performance, Development, and Reward team
  • Assisting with audits, PDR related processes, training data, and essential employee-related tracking

Key Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with recruitment and HR administration
  • CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and initiative-driven
