Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, building, testing, and maintaining PowerBI dashboards for Talent Acquisition, Talent Review, and People Structures.
- Utilizing Alteryx and Workday APIs to support mapping impacts and potential rebuilds.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Providing expertise on best practices and supporting troubleshooting and enhancement initiatives.
- Conducting data analysis and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerBI.
- Experience with Workday and HR processes.
- API experience with Alteryx and Workday.
- Knowledge of ETL and DAX.

As the People Analytics Analyst (Workday, PowerBI, Alteryx) you have excellent skills/experience with PowerBI, Workday and Alteryx being responsible for designing, building, testing and maintaining PowerBI Dashboards, ensuring critical processes meet business requirements.
You will have solid knowledge of Alteryx and Workday APIs to support with mapping impacts and potential rebuilds, whilst creating and maintaining technical documentation, providing expertise on best practices and support troubleshooting and enhancement initiatives.
