My client an award-winning engineering firm are looking to hire a HR Advisor on a 16-month fixed term contract paying up to 45,000. You would be required to attend the London office 3 days a week . With oversight for a HR Administrator your duties will include:



  • Assisting business leaders with Employee relations issues that may arise including disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absence and probation

  • Oversee the employee handbook and updating it should legislative changes occur

  • Reviewing policies and procedures and effectively communicating any changes to the wider business

  • Collating people reporting data when required

  • Conducting probation reviews and exit interviews

  • Coordinating salary reviews

  • Oversight of the recruitment PSL liaising with business leaders to support with team recruitment


The ideal candidate must have :



  • CIPD Level 3

  • Ideally experience managing a People Administrator

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of employment law

  • Generalist and Recruitment experience
