My client an award-winning engineering firm are looking to hire a HR Advisor on a 16-month fixed term contract paying up to 45,000. You would be required to attend the London office 3 days a week . With oversight for a HR Administrator your duties will include:
- Assisting business leaders with Employee relations issues that may arise including disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absence and probation
- Oversee the employee handbook and updating it should legislative changes occur
- Reviewing policies and procedures and effectively communicating any changes to the wider business
- Collating people reporting data when required
- Conducting probation reviews and exit interviews
- Coordinating salary reviews
- Oversight of the recruitment PSL liaising with business leaders to support with team recruitment
The ideal candidate must have :
- CIPD Level 3
- Ideally experience managing a People Administrator
- High attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Generalist and Recruitment experience
