Job Description As a People Advisor at PortmanDentex, you’ll be a friendly and trusted guide to colleagues across the group—offering thoughtful, practical support that helps teams flourish. You’ll bring empathy and expertise to every interaction, making sure our approach to people is consistent, fair and grounded in our values. You’ll be a key part of our close-knit People Business Partnering Team and work hand in hand with our wider People teams and Operations. Together, you’ll help build workplaces where everyone feels they belong, can grow, and are celebrated for who they are and what they do. This role offers the chance to work closely with our mergers and acquisitions team, with a strong focus on TUPE and consultation activity. Experience in these areas would be a real advantage and is highly valued.
