Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing business requirements, Trust Deed and Rules, and other scheme documentation to plan appropriate software solutions.
- Fostering a culture of quality and instilling necessary behaviors for success.
- Interacting with third parties such as scheme actuaries and solicitors to clarify complex queries.
- Completing tasks in a timely manner while managing deadlines appropriately.
- Providing efficient, professional service to meet client needs and promote the company brand.
- Producing detailed calculation proforma and supporting automation test packs.
- Developing and optimizing end-to-end automation.
- Building technical expertise and contributing to measurable improvements.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation efficiencies.

Description:

* Foster a culture of quality and in still behaviour required for success.
* Interact with third parties such as the scheme actuary and solicitors to clarify complex and technical queries.
* Completing given tasks in a timely fashion including managing deadlines appropriately.
* Providing an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and to promote the the company brand.
* Alongside other analysts produce detailed calculation proforma from first principles and supporting automation test packs.
* Work towards developing and optimizing end to end automation.
* Build on technical expertise/capabilities/skills and contribute towards measurable improvements.
* Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and single team culture to increase end to end automation efficiencies and results.
