Summary: The role of Pensions Administrator involves overseeing the reconciliation of client accounts and assisting with the transfer of SIPPs during a transitional phase for the business. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and proactive risk identification. This interim opportunity is based in central Bristol and reports to the Operations Director. Candidates should have experience in SIPP pensions administration and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer reconciliation of client SIPPs and update on SIPP valuation
  • Contact and liaise with investment providers, banks, and stakeholders
  • Process SIPP transfers out and retirement requests
  • Liaise and collaborate with Pension administrators, SIPP Managers, and pension scheme providers
  • Proactively identify risk

  • Experience in SIPP pensions administration
