Summary: This role as a Pensions Administrator within the Global Centre of Expertise for Reward involves managing the administration, compliance, and communication of EMEA Pensions and International Benefit Programmes. The position requires collaboration with employees, plan trustees, and external service providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely processing of pension contributions and payments. The administrator will also respond to inquiries and provide guidance on pensions and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company employee pension and benefits programs, providing guidance and analysis.
- Administer invoice payments and plan renewals, ensuring compliance with guidelines and legislation.
- Work with regional Reward teams and external vendors for efficient administration.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory reporting with the US team.
- Develop and maintain employee communications to enhance engagement and understanding.
- Respond to inquiries from employees, retirees, and external stakeholders regarding pension matters.
- Monitor project income and collaborate with the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist.
- Assist with payroll-related queries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
