Key Responsibilities:

  • Process biweekly and monthly payrolls for 1,200 to 2,000 employees.
  • Reconcile earnings, deductions, and taxes; run audit reports and submit reconciliations for management review.
  • Ensure non-exempt employees' worked time is approved by deadlines.
  • Handle payroll input, tax adjustments, and company reclasses.
  • Process on-demand and manual payments as needed.
  • Manage EIB loads and run/audit payroll integrations.
  • Set up and audit tax and payment elections.
  • Perform W2 corrections and garnishment/tax levy setups.
  • Distribute payroll checks and pay slips.
  • Manage case management and payroll help line; assist HR, benefits, and employees with payroll inquiries.
  • Complete special projects and other assigned duties.
