Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the processing of biweekly and monthly payrolls for 1200 to 2,000 employees located in various states.
  • Payroll processing includes reconciliation of earnings, deductions, and taxes, running audit reports and submitting reconciliations to management for review and approval.
  • Work with managers to ensure that the worked time for non-exempt employees is approved by the established deadline.
  • Payroll Input as needed.
  • Payroll Tax Adjustments and company reclasses.
  • Process On Demand Payments & Manual payments as needed.
  • Process EIB Loads.
  • Run/audit Payroll Integrations.
  • Tax and Payment elections set-ups/audits.
  • W2 Corrections as needed.
  • Garnishment/Tax Levy Set-ups.
  • Stuffing and distribution of payroll checks and pay slips.
  • Manage Case Management and the Payroll Help Line - Assist Human Resources, Benefits, and employees with payroll related questions.
  • Special projects and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
