Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solution architecture leadership across the payroll transformation programme.
- Design and guide the implementation of solutions within SAP Employee Central Payroll and SAP Employee Central.
- Collaborate with programme teams across multiple workstreams to ensure solutions align with programme goals and enterprise architecture.
- Engage with both technical and operational stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Support the delivery of improvements that enhance the colleague payroll and HR experience.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to optimise payroll processes and system capabilities.
