Working hours: 29 hours per week.

Working arrangements -The role is contractually office-based, as there may be times when team members are required to attend the office every day, sometimes at short notice.

In practice, our team generally works from home, with one designated office day each week.

Each team has its own office day, and for this team it is currently Monday.

Home working can begin once training has been completed.

All training is office-based and carried out alongside colleagues.

The length of training varies depending on individual confidence and competence, and some seasonal aspects of the role can only be covered at certain times of the year.

As a result, you should expect to attend the office frequently at the start of your employment—potentially daily initially, then several days a week—before moving to the usual one day a week arrangement.
