Summary: This role is for a Payroll Officer and HR Administrator to join a leading global VIP aviation brand on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The position involves managing payroll for the UK and Ireland, alongside HR administration tasks, in a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will contribute to a supportive culture focused on delivering exceptional service. The contract duration is expected to be between 12 to 14 months, starting on June 16, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, calculate, and process monthly payroll for the UK and Ireland.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements related to payroll.
  • Manage HR administration tasks including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Draft and issue new starter contracts and paperwork.
  • Support management with recruitment administration.
  • Work with benefits providers on annual renewals and changes.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in payroll processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service regarding pay, tax, and terms and conditions.

Key Skills:

  • Substantial experience managing payroll in a customer-focused environment.
  • Qualification in Payroll Practice (ideally at Certificate level).
  • Experience with company audits and managing suppliers.
  • Familiarity with time and attendance software.
  • Experience using ADP iHCM and UKG is preferred.
  • Project experience with transitioning payroll providers is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Salary (Rate): 40000
