Summary: This role is for a Payroll Officer and HR Administrator to join a leading global VIP aviation brand on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The position involves managing payroll for the UK and Ireland, alongside HR administration tasks, in a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will contribute to a supportive culture focused on delivering exceptional service. The contract duration is expected to be between 12 to 14 months, starting on June 16, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, calculate, and process monthly payroll for the UK and Ireland.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements related to payroll.
- Manage HR administration tasks including recruitment and onboarding.
- Draft and issue new starter contracts and paperwork.
- Support management with recruitment administration.
- Work with benefits providers on annual renewals and changes.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in payroll processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service regarding pay, tax, and terms and conditions.
Key Skills:
- Substantial experience managing payroll in a customer-focused environment.
- Qualification in Payroll Practice (ideally at Certificate level).
- Experience with company audits and managing suppliers.
- Familiarity with time and attendance software.
- Experience using ADP iHCM and UKG is preferred.
- Project experience with transitioning payroll providers is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
