Key Responsibilities:

- Processing statutory payments and understanding payroll reporting and reconciliations.
- Submitting weekly and monthly RTI submissions and managing PAYE payments to HMRC.
- Completing intermediary reports for clients and HMRC.
- Managing auto enrolment pension processing and talent holiday records.
- Coordinating with credit control to resolve billing issues and answering payroll questions.
- Paying UK and NL talent expenses and setting up online payments.
- Providing weekly reports to country managers and assisting with ad hoc administrative projects.

Role: We are looking for someone to provide maternity cover for our Payroll & Billing manager. You will work within a 3-person Finance team, and, as our billing and payrolls are linked, be responsible for the weekly talent payrolls & invoice generation in the UK & The Netherlands, alongside the monthly processing of the UK internal staff payroll. Payroll & Billing Assistant We’re looking for someone who loves steering well organised administration & preferably you already have a track record in Finance teams with payroll administration & compliance.
