Key Responsibilities:

- Leading the consolidation of payroll into a single entity.
- Driving automation and payroll process improvements.
- Partnering with HR & Finance to enhance Time & Attendance workflows.
- Ensuring compliance, accurate reporting and timely submissions.
Key Skills:
- Strong payroll background in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
- ADP experience is a bonus (not a dealbreaker).
- Tech-savvy mindset with a track record in automation & systems optimisation.
- Advanced Excel capability — pivots, IFs, lookups, data manipulation.
