  • Partnering with HR & Finance to enhance Time & Attendance workflows.
  • Ensuring compliance, accurate reporting and timely submissions.

Key Skills:

  • Strong payroll background in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
  • ADP experience is a bonus (not a dealbreaker).
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a track record in automation & systems optimisation.
  • Advanced Excel capability — pivots, IFs, lookups, data manipulation.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and operate autonomously.

SF Recruitment are supporting a PE-backed, Healthcare organisation that is looking for an experienced Interim Payroll Specialist to lead a series of high-impact payroll and systems projects. If you’re confident navigating complex payroll environments and enjoy improving processes, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Tackling

  • Managing monthly payroll across 23 sites / 13 entities (c. 300 employees, incl. 15 zero-hours).
