Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end payroll delivery across UK & EMEA countries

- Oversee end to end benefits administration

- Proven experience processing UK & EMEA payrolls
- Strong knowledge of local tax, pension, and labour regulations across EMEA countries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Payroll Lead – 4 month FTC – Remote/ London – up to £60,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a retailer, who are looking for a Payroll Lead, on a 4 month FTC basis, (possible temp to perm option). This role will be responsible for leading payroll operations, across their UK & EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment, play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. This role is either on a remote or hybrid basis, based in their London office.
The Payroll Lead will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
