Summary: The Payroll Hub Analyst at DHL is responsible for managing accounting processes related to payroll operations, ensuring accurate recording of employee timecards, and addressing pay queries. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The position is based in the Midlands with a hybrid working arrangement and involves a 12-month fixed-term contract. The analyst will contribute to informed decision-making by extracting and reporting payroll data effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking of employee timecards and communication of any exceptions to operations contacts
- Ensure overtime and absence is recorded on Kronos
- Complete, obtain authorisation and send SDP/BACs forms for emergency payments where required
- Run reports on a routine basis to extract information from SMART TIME and report information to finance
- Support with any same-day payments that are required
- Handle any pay queries from employees
Key Skills:
- Good analytical and numerical skills

- Previous Finance Experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
