Overview: A global managed service provider is seeking a Payroll transformation expert to work on a project for their end client in South Manchester. The end client is kicking off a major Payroll Transformation Programme and they're seeking an experienced Payroll Process Expert to join them on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in reshaping their payroll function for the future.
Role Purpose: You will provide consultancy-level expertise to support and shape several core workstreams within the programme. These include:
Data: Understanding end-to-end payroll data flows (inputs, outputs), identifying issues, and advising on best practice.
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Training and Knowledge: Developing a framework for knowledge sharing and upskilling across teams.
