What You Will Do
- Support business-as-usual payroll IT activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Gather, document and clarify requirements across stakeholders and technical audiences.
- Assist with structured testing, including UAT support and coordination of testing activities.
- Contribute to future programmes, particularly within the UK, while balancing competing priorities.
- Help interpret system architecture concepts and release processes to support delivery with confidence.
- Work effectively across multiple countries and teams to maintain momentum on key initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- Proven Business / Systems Analyst experience, ideally within payroll, HR or an HR/IT systems environment.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting UAT and structured testing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating business needs for technical teams (and the other way around).
- A basic technical understanding of system architecture diagrams, environments (such as dev, test, UAT and production) and release concepts is beneficial.
