Summary: The Payroll & Benefits Specialist role involves managing the payroll function for a global organization in the energy sector on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The specialist will also oversee benefits and pension schemes while contributing to global payroll projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling and submitting monthly charges for each region's payroll to the outsourced providers, ensuring deadlines are met
- Check all payroll reports and identify errors
- Own and manage the monthly payroll cycle calendar
- Manage benefits schemes on a global scale
- Manage pension schemes
- Provide suggestions for enhancements and improvements
- Manage benefit renewals
- Involvement in global payroll projects
Key Skills:
- Proven experience of processing multiple global payrolls
- Ability to manage the payroll function on a stand-alone basis
- Experience of management of benefits & pensions
- Excellent stakeholder management & experience of collaborating with multiple third-party providers
- Project/implementation experience is desirable

Reporting into HR & working closely with finance teams & external payroll providers, this role will take full control of the payroll function covering 20 global regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling and submitting monthly charges for each regions payroll to the outsourced providers, ensuring deadlines are met
- Check all payroll reports and identify errors
- Own and manage the monthly payroll cycle calender
- Manage benefits schemes on a global scale
- Manage pension schemes
- Provide suggestions for enhancements and improvements
- Manage benefit renewals
- Involvement in global payroll projects
Experience required:
- Proven expeirence of processing multiple global payrolls
- Ability to manage the payroll function on a stand alone basis
- Expeirence of management of benefits & pensions
- Excellent stakeholder management & experience of collaborating with multiple third party providers
- Project/implementation experience is desirable
