Summary: The Payroll Administrator role is a temporary position based in London, requiring a professional to support payroll operations for both London and Dublin entities. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the processing and checking of London and Dublin payrolls
- Support the Payroll team in providing an excellent service to employees
- Support the use of HR Service Now to handle Payroll related queries from employees and stakeholders in a timely manner
- Assisting with dealing with more complex queries – non-standard, or exceptions to policy and process
- Running various reports at payroll cut off for the processing of starters, leavers and transfers
- Calculation of prorated pay
Key Skills:
- 3 years experience in UK payroll administration as a minimum is desired
- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver to strict deadlines and service levels

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a financial services firm, that is looking for a Payroll Administrator, on a 12 month contract basis. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for supporting the payroll team, in delivering payroll for both London and Dublin entities, and be a subject matter expert of the processes and systems. This role is on a hybrid basis, consisting of 2/3 days per week in their central London office.
The Payroll Administrator will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Assisting with the processing and checking of London and Dublin payrolls
- Support the Payroll team in providing an excellent service to our employees
- Support the use of HR Service Now to handle Payroll related queries from employees and stakeholders in a timely manner- prioritising of urgent queries and ensuring response / solution is provided, keeping in line with SLA’s.
- Assisting with dealing with more complex queries – non-standard, or exceptions to policy and process.
- Running various reports at payroll cut off for the processing of starters, leavers and transfers
- Calculation of prorated pay
