Summary: The Payroll Administrator role is a temporary position for a duration of 4 months with a potential for a permanent offer, based in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures end to end payroll is processed efficiently and accurately.
- Payroll calculations and entitlements e.g. holiday pay, statutory payments, benefits salary sacrifices.
- Serve as liaison for employees for payroll queries as first point of contact.
- Coordinating and collaborate with outsourced payroll and the Finance and HR Departments.
- Check and support processing of monthly recharge files for hosted employees in EMEA.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years EMEA payroll experience.
- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver to strict deadlines and service levels, particularly in a structured monthly payroll cycle.
- Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business.
- Highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines, and comfortable in a fast paced environment.

Payroll Administrator – 4 month FTC (temp to perm option) – Hybrid – London – up to £240 per day
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a new tech company, that is looking for a Payroll Administrator, on a 4 month contract basis, with the possibility for a temp to perm option. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating payroll information on a monthly basis, for a number of EMEA countries. Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll. This role is on a hybrid basis, consisting of 3 days per week in their central London office.
