Summary: The Payroll Administrator role focuses on delivering accurate and compliant payroll using the Dayforce HCM platform for a client in Kilmarnock, Scotland. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support compliance activities, including audits and statutory reporting (e.g. PAYE, P45, P60).
  • Assist in maintaining payroll documentation and process improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience using Dayforce HCM to process UK payroll (essential).
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders and handling sensitive information.
  • Previous experience in contract, interim, or project-based payroll roles is beneficial.
  • Able to travel regularly to the client site, especially in the first few weeks of the contract.
