  • Use Excel (including VLOOKUP) to manage and analyse payroll data
  • Respond to payroll and benefits queries from colleagues and managers
  • Manage the payroll mailbox and benefits portals
  • Keep payroll trackers and records up to date
  • Assist with data migration to new HR & Payroll systems
  • Document and maintain payroll and benefits process flows
  • Provide general admin support and contribute to HR transformation projects

Key Responsibilities As Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our payroll and benefits processes run smoothly and accurately. You’ll be the go-to expert for payroll queries and a vital part of our HR transformation journey.
