Payments Compliance Support Analyst

We have an amazing contract job opportunity for Payments Compliance support analyst for our leading client.

Scope

This person supports the Payments Compliance Product Owner in meeting internal and industry compliance standards. They work across different directorates to help coordinate teams and review, collate and provide ongoing evidence of compliance across commercial platforms.

Contract length - 3 months

Location - Waterside (UB7 0GB)

Hybrid - 2-3 days on-site per week

Pay - attractive daily rate (inside IR35)

Accountabilities
Supports Payments Compliance Product Owner in delivery of compliance related activities including:

• Collecting, documenting and reviewing evidence in support of compliance across our airports, contact centres and web applications
• Organising, coordinating and running regular BAU-related governance activities, including helping to schedule meetings and stand-ups
• Providing regular status reporting on the progress of compliance-related BAU activities.
• Working across the business to support the implementation and delivery of internal and external compliance policies and processes
• Supporting cross-functional delivery teams in the triage of payment compliance-related work and providing input to business teams on new work which may require review or amendment to meet compliance policies and standards.
• Providing proactive and constructive input to compliance related activities and managing key stakeholders
• Educating internal groups on payment compliance and business impacts, while actively promoting a culture of compliance

Qualifications/experience

• Few years of experience of working on payments' compliance/audit, regulation, or similar, like GDPR or PCI DSS.
• Experience in project management is desirable.
• Desirable - Demonstrable understanding of compliance related legislation and standards
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent work experience

Key performance indicators

• Support the maintenance of payment compliance processes and policies
• Positive feedback from the payments commercial team, payments compliance product owner and wider stakeholders
