Payment and Banking Team Lead

Summary: The Payment and Banking Team Lead at SThree is responsible for overseeing all payment processes across various regions, ensuring timely and accurate transactions, and maintaining high-quality controls. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly payment processes for Accounts Payable Non Trade and employee expenses.
• Control the payment calendar, including payment runs and payroll payments.
• Oversee the end-to-end rejection process and ensure audit compliance.
• Perform daily bank statement reconciliations and manage transaction clearances.
• Adhere to month-end processes and manage mailbox queries according to SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones to support team development.
• Provide recommendations for control enhancements based on process reviews.

Key Skills:

• Strong background in payments and banking with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in end-to-end process review and controls design.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Good working knowledge of financial systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in managing change and delivering continuous improvements.
