Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high availability of non-production environments by managing proactive monitoring and alerting of test infrastructure.
- Address and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities across the Corporate business unit as per bank standards.
- Enhance the knowledge base of Environment Monitoring and Automation activities through appropriate documentation.
- Identify infrastructure issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and run triage calls to resolve issues end to end.
Key Skills:
- Experience in application support.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with IBM MQ, Kafka, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or other relational databases.
- Configuration, management, and support experience of Apache Web Servers and Application Servers (JBOSS, WAS).
- Implementation knowledge of Chef, Ansible, Firewall, PKI, Cyber wallet, and SSL/TLS encryption.
