Key Responsibilities:

  • Review patching and vulnerability scan data and consolidate it into actionable, clear reports.
  • Engage with application owners, infrastructure teams, and server owners to address overdue patching.
  • Facilitate discussions to understand patching delays, identify technical or procedural blockers, and ensure proper audit processes are followed where patching cannot be completed.
  • Track scheduled patches, follow up on outstanding actions, and escalate issues where required.
  • Run and refresh existing reports using tools such as dbRib (SAP BusinessObjects), Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Maintain and analyze large datasets in Excel to support compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure deadlines are met and patch compliance objectives are achieved.

  • Prior experience in patching, vulnerability management, or patch compliance (technical or non-technical).
  • Ability to interpret patching data and determine compliance requirements.
