Summary: The Parts & Services Digital Marketing Intern will support the AG Sales & Marketing team in enhancing sales and market share for Genuine CNHi Parts in the UK and ROI markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deliver quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, and product communication strategies.
  • Support the communication team in maintaining platforms and tools for product information dissemination.
  • Manage the creation and deployment of newsletters and KPI reports.
  • Supervise day-to-day channel activities and support the dealer network with product/channel queries.
  • Project manage the delivery of assets for digital media campaigns and adapt strategies based on performance.
  • Gather content for paid campaigns, including case studies and video testimonials.

UK & ROI Parts & Services Digital Marketing Intern Job Purpose Are you skilled at assisting in marketing activities and launching campaigns? Do you have a natural curiosity for creating engaging content and coordinating field marketing communications. The Parts & Services Digital Marketing Intern is responsible to support the AG Sales & Marketing team in driving sustainable sales, margin, and market share growth in the territory for Genuine CNHi Parts for UK & ROI markets. The successful individual will support management of a parts portfolio across a range of products covered by two agricultural brands (Case IH and New Holland). The Digital Marketing Intern will primarily be supporting the growth and development of two key channels, Digital Marketing & Sell Out.

Key Responsibilities Sell Out Working with the field Sell out specialist, build and deliver the quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, channel animation and product communication strategy by channel (Sell-out). Support the communication team to maintain any platform and existing tools providing product information to customers and ultimately end-customers to promote and raise brand and product awareness. Manage the creation and deployment of the weekly and monthly newsletters. Creation of sell out KPI reports and power point presentations for both internal and external meetings. Assist with the delivery of sell out events at dealership location, attendance at the location may be required. Ecommerce Supervise day to day channel activities, via power Bi dashboard reporting. Support the dealer network in use of the platform and daily management of product/channel queries from the market. Own and work on the Ecommerce newsletter working with the sell-out specialist to ensure all is accurately put together and sent to the dealer network. Support the sell-out specialist and PSMs with what they require for dealer open days – to organise where applicable an Ecommerce stand at dealer open days. Support the sell out specialist and PSMs to ensure that retail orders placed through the MyCNHStore are processed efficiently and on time. Digital Media Working with the Marketing Specialists in the team and external agency to project manage the delivery of all assets required for agreed quarterly paid for digital media campaign. Working closely with the agency and marketing specialist understand the performance of the digital media activity and adapt campaigns accordingly. Facilitate the gathering of the content needed for paid for campaigns such as case study materials, video testimonials, how to use guides.

Experience Required Candidate requirements, attributes, and qualifications Degree requirements: Marketing or Business administration undergraduate, or postgraduate Solutions oriented person and able to work proactively with a good degree of autonomy. Analytical mindset , with the use of base sales data be able to summarise, identifying any trends or patterns to support future informed decisions. Creative – understand how within brand guidelines, using various Microsoft and Adobe tools, be able to create basic flyers and bulletins suitable for deployment to our dealer network. Good proof reading and copy writing skills. Organised and structured . Deliver projects and tasks on time. Can manage own workload and understand priorities. Ensuring you have what you need to complete your tasks and meet deadlines. Motivated by a challenge with a can-do attitude . Advanced Microsoft Excel working knowledge is mandatory. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
