Summary: The Partnerships Manager at KAYAK will be responsible for driving advertising revenue for non-Endemic accounts across EMEA, focusing on tourism boards and non-travel brands. This role requires a strong sales manager with a proven track record in advertising sales, tasked with developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering revenue growth. The position is a 12-month parental leave contract, emphasizing collaboration with various internal teams to optimize client campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the online media landscape and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and pipeline of prospects.
- Conduct consultative selling by understanding advertising solutions and industry trends.
- Deliver incremental revenue from existing partners and pursue new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with direct clients and media agencies.
- Demonstrate analytical leadership to optimize campaigns and achieve client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Client Success, Content Production, and Ad Operations.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales or media planning/buying.
- Deep network of client and agency contacts, preferably in travel and destination brands.
- Outstanding understanding of the online media landscape.
- Experience selling creative solutions is a bonus.
- Strong prospecting and closing abilities.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
