Description
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term partner relationships
- Support partnership negotiations and commercial discussions
- Manage partner onboarding and integration processes
- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reporting and insights
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and engagement
- Work closely with marketing and membership teams to promote partner benefits
- Represent the organisation at external meetings and industry events
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partnership value and commercial outcomes
Profile: A successful Partnership Account Manager should have:
- Experience in partnership management, account management, business development, or client relationship roles
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience analysing data and producing actionable insights
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience within membership organisations, hospitality, catering, food, or related sectors would be advantageous
Job Offer
- Salary between £35,000 and £40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
