Key Responsibilities:
- Support key strategic projects across the UK and Europe as part of the project team.
- Partner with the Partner management organization to create collateral for partner discussions.
- Lead and execute complex campaigns across multiple markets, channels, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to define objectives and project plans.
- Manage project deliverables, including technical, compliance, and risk considerations.
- Appoint and manage creative agencies, printers, and vendors for optimal delivery.
- Request and analyze post-campaign analytics.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely invoice processing.

Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) Marketing is dedicated to bringing buyers and sellers together and redefining how American Express is welcomed. GMNS Marketing is responsible for partnering with markets to drive profitable growth, accelerate coverage and enhance the value of Amex acceptance to merchants and Card Members at scale! We focus on enhancing our relationships with millions of merchants of all shapes and sizes, and our geographic purview includes many commerce hubs across the globe including the U.S, Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. It is also critical for GMNS Marketing to collaborate effectively with Card Issuing teams and other sister organizations across American Express including Client Management, Marketing Operations, Information Management, Enterprise Digital, Global Advertising and Brand Management and World Service in order to fully harness the power of the closed loop via mediums including Custom Consulting, Offers, Recommendations, Multi-Merchant Campaigns, Digital Experiences and Brand Awareness.

Supporting one of the businesses key strategic projects across the UK and Europe, being a core part of the project team to support marketing with third parties. Partnering closely with the Partner management organisation to create collateral to support partner discussions. Leading and executing complex campaigns across multiple markets, channels, and stakeholders. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to define best approach, objectives, and project plans. Project management of team deliverables including account of technical, compliance and risk considerations. Appointing and managing creative agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure optimal delivery. Requesting and analysing post campaign analytics. Managing marketing budgets and ensuring all invoices are raised and paid.
Minimum Qualifications Outstanding relationship management with an ability to influence, negotiate outcomes (both internal and external relationship management experience is essential). Strong communication and presentation skills with all seniority levels. Leading and executing complex, multi-channel, multi-market campaigns across multiple stakeholder groups. Strong project management skills and experience of managing multiple projects. Strong analytical skills (benchmarking, forecasting, communicating results). Additional optional skill: multi-lingual with European language, ability to translate marketing communications.
