Summary: This role involves developing, planning, delivering, monitoring, reporting, and growing construction sector activities in Scotland under the direction of a Manager. The position requires managing stakeholder engagement and providing expert advice to key stakeholders while contributing to programme development. The candidate must possess relevant qualifications or experience in the construction sector and demonstrate strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, deliver, monitor, and report on construction sector activities in Scotland.

Working closely with and being directed by the Manager this role will develop, plan, deliver, monitor, report and grow the construction sector activities in Scotland. As a key contact in this specialist area, the role will be specifically responsible for managing stakeholder engagement by providing expert advice and support to key stakeholders and, inputting into programme development.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or relevant professional qualification.
- A qualification or relevant experience in using computer-aided design for construction purposes.
- If no relevant degree/professional qualification, then must be able to demonstrate relevant specialist experience and an ability to transfer that knowledge to others.
- Evidence of experience within the sector or specialist area and/or its supply chain.
- Demonstrable experience of stakeholder/community engagement by sharing technical knowledge.
- Strong industry, market and technical understanding of specialist area.
- Awareness of environmental drivers and issues in the sector.
