Our client has an opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join them on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills and the ability to support the team with a range of administration and secretarial tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Some Of Your Duties Will Include

  • Document management;
  • Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and other correspondence;
  • Audio typing and some file management;
  • Typing of documents and track amendments;
  • Scanning, paginating and photocopying;
  • Providing general administration support to the team
  • PA duties including diary management, travel arrangements etc.
