Summary: The role of Temporary HR Business Partner is a part-time position supporting an education client in Wigan during a period of change, with an expected duration of up to 3 months at approximately 18 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have a strong HR generalist background, preferably in an education or safeguarding environment, and be available to start immediately. Responsibilities include providing HR support and advice on various organizational development matters while working closely with staff and managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR processes and business as usual operations.
- Provide advice and support on recruitment, absence management, learning and development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Assist with Data and MI reporting and conditions of employment.
- Work closely with staff and line managers to facilitate a smooth transition during organizational changes.

Our client are going through a change process, restructure and implementing a new system. Joining a team of 4 the Temporary HR Business Partner will support the day to day business as usual HR processes, working closely with staff and managers.
The HR Business Partner will provide advice and support to staff and line managers on a range of Organisational Development and HR matters including recruitment, absence management, learning and development, employee relations, Data and MI reporting, performance management and conditions of employment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background, ideally within a similar sector due to high levels of safeguarding, to support a quick a smooth transition into the role. You will be available immediately and seeking a shorter term role.
