Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all documentation is processed in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the shared Finance Inbox.
  • Monitoring, triaging, and responding to queries.
  • Directing emails to the appropriate person when required and ensuring efficient follow-up.
  • Receiving and reconciling customer and supplier statements.
  • Identifying discrepancies and following up on missing invoices or credit notes.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end processes.
  • Providing wider administrative support to the finance team.
  • Assisting during busy periods and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.

Your New RoleIn this varied and fast-paced role, you will provide essential administrative and transactional support to the finance team. Key responsibilities include:Purchase Orders & Invoicing

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and checking for accuracy.
  • Highlighting missing or incorrect PO information and escalating where required.

Finance Inbox Management
