Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the purchase ledger on Sage Line 200, ensuring invoices match purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Reconcile supplier balances to statements and prepare supplier payments for authorisation.
  • Process bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Maintain the sales ledger and credit control function by processing sales invoices and chasing outstanding debts.

  • Proficient use of Sage 200, Excel, and Word.
