  • Preparing and processing supplier payments via BACS and cheques
  • Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Supporting sales ledger activities
  • Processing CIS and subcontractor invoices, including retentions
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Providing support to the wider finance team as required

Part-Time Accounts Assistant

Location: Leeds LS25 (Hybrid - 1 Day Working from Home)Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE (Pro Rata)Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (24-28 Hours per Week)Start Date: Immediate/ASAP

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records.

Working closely with the finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring supplier payments are processed efficiently and financial information is maintained accurately.
