Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journals for accruals, prepayments, and other month-end adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Support the development of improved reporting tools and dashboards for senior management.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate monthly depreciation.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and annual audits.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments.
- Manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collection and accurate cash allocation.
- Manage bank reconciliations.
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
- Contribute to system enhancements and automation.
Key Skills:
- Is currently studying CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
- Has management accounts experience.
- Has good Excel skills.
- Has the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels.
