Summary: This role is for an experienced Diploma qualified Paraplanner or Paraplanning Team Manager to work in an international office for 4-6 months. The primary responsibility is to train a paraplanning team on UK report writing and financial planning products while ensuring high-quality service delivery. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to support and develop team members effectively. The candidate should have a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and experience in managing a paraplanning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train the International Paraplanning team on UK report writing and financial planning products.
- Produce accurate calculations and cash-flow modelling.
- Prepare reports and letters for UK Wealth Planners.
- Act as the main point of contact for the International Paraplanning team.
- Support and encourage team members to develop their knowledge and skills.
- Show leadership to improve processes and motivate the team.
Key Skills:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Experience as a Senior Paraplanner with management capabilities.
- Ability to manage a productive Paraplanning team.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diploma qualified Paraplanner or Paraplanning Team Manager who would be interested in working in an international office for 4-6 months – training a paraplanning team on UK report writing and financial planning products. This role is suitable for somebody with Paraplanning experience who is available fairly immediately, who would want to work in an International location for a period of 4-6 months to train a Team of Paraplanners for the duration of the contract taking, on a Paraplanner Team Leader role. The Paraplanner will train the International Paraplanning team to produce accurate calculations and cash-flow modelling, and to support the preparing of reports and letters for the UK Wealth Planners, ensuring the client’s needs are fully supported for the best outcome. The Paraplanner will be the main point of contact for the International Paraplanning team and will take action where appropriate when escalating any concerns or queries that may arise. The Paraplanner is expected to support and encourage all team members to develop their knowledge and skills, as well as motivate and coach when needed. The Paraplanner will show leadership to improve any processes and develop and encourage the team to perform to the best of their ability.
The Candidate
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent). An experienced Senior Paraplanner who has developed to management level. Experience of managing a highly productive Paraplanning team to deliver an efficient technical research & quality report writing service. Experience of providing a first-class paraplanning service. Excellent communication skills and ability to organise and prioritise workload.
